Parties

These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by CloudBeacon Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท CloudBeacon Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID 0105753902416, head office at 92/5,Superhighway Road, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50000, Thailand.

Services

We provide consulting on CI/CD automation, deployment engineering, and related software delivery work as described in a written statement of work agreed after your inquiry. This website is informational; binding scope and fees appear only in a signed or written agreement.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per engagement in THB unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, invoicing) are defined in the statement of work. Late payments may pause work after notice.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, CI systems, and stakeholders, and you warrant that you may grant that access. You remain responsible for production decisions and regulatory compliance unless explicitly assumed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public technical and business information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work says otherwise, deliverables such as pipeline configurations are licensed to you for internal use when fees are paid. Pre-existing tools and templates remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
