Engagement process
From inquiry to handover
This page explains how programming consulting engagements run for CI/CD automation and deployment engineering. It is not a catalog of pre-priced packages.
1. Written inquiry
You share repository access model (without sending secrets in the form), CI platform, deployment targets, and pain points — for example slow releases, manual approvals, or missing staging parity.
2. Discovery call
We confirm stakeholders, environments, compliance constraints you supply, and success criteria such as “deploy main to staging without SSH.”
3. Scoped proposal
You receive a document listing deliverables (pipeline files, runbooks, training session), estimated hours, and fees in THB. Work starts after mutual written agreement.
4. Delivery in your toolchain
Changes land in branches you control; we use pairing sessions when helpful. No shadow admin accounts are required beyond what you approve.
5. Handover
We leave annotated pipeline definitions, a short operator checklist, and optional follow-up time for questions after the first automated release.
Office context
Consulting is coordinated from our Chiang Mai head office. On-site visits in Thailand can be discussed when travel is in scope.
